This privacy policy applies to the "Medication Reminder & Refill" app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Service Provider as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to help you manage your medication schedule. Most of the data you enter is stored locally on your device using a private database. This includes:

• Medication Details: Names, dosages, frequencies, and duration of your medications.
• Inventory Data: Current stock counts and refill thresholds.
• Medication History: Logs of when you took or missed your doses.
• Medication Photos: If you use the camera feature, photos of your medicine are stored in your device's internal storage to help you identify your pills.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Basic usage analytics (e.g., pages visited, time spent in the app) to help us improve the service.

The Application does not gather precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device. The Application does not upload your medication history or personal health information to any external server; your medical schedule remains private to your device.

Permissions Required

To provide its core functionality, the Application requests the following permissions:

• Notifications & Alarms: To notify you exactly when it is time to take your medication.
• Camera: To allow you to take photos of your medication for easier identification.
• Storage: To save and share the medication adherence reports (PDF/CSV) that you generate.
• Display Over Other Apps: To show the alarm reminder screen immediately even if you are using another app.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob (Advertising)

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (stored on your device) for as long as you use the Application. Since your medical data is stored locally, deleting the app will typically delete this data. If you have questions about data handling, please contact us at ckh.application@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Security

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain on your device.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
